i was tagged by @tophat-95 to do the abc tag or whatever it's properly called. i decided to make it into a collection instead of cramming it into a set description. plus, i really just love these pictures.

i don't know why, but i'm feeling a lot better. i suppose i'll go back to blogging sometime this week.
 
i chalked some of my hair today. i didn't do very much because i wanted to see how it looks before i did more. i'll do the tips pastel purple tomorrow. maybe i'll do a diy hair chalk on my blog...
 
i went to see the purge last night. it wasn't the best movie, but it was still exciting because it was my first r-rated movie. yeah.
 
i just started the second season of skins yesterday. it's pretty good. i like that maxxie is in it more than the first season. i just get creeped out by sketch. i seriously hate a ton of characters though, like abigail and josh. i don't really like effy either. i don't even know why. xx

i just started watching skins yesterday and i'm almost done with season 1. my favorite characters are cassie and maxxie. oh maxxie. i just love him. he's just so lovely.
 
is it just me, or is british tv a lot.. er... less censored than american tv? the cassie episode was wayyyy more graphic than anything i've seen. and i thought gossip girl was scandalous. xx

anxiety is a general term for a lot of disorders that can lead to worrying, nervousness, fear, and apprehension. it can affect your daily life. it can also affect your relationships.
 
it can be caused by stress or trying new things. most of the time, it's a disorder. the most common symptoms are sweating, hyperventilating, faster heartrate, chest pains, and dizziness.
 
reasons you might have anxiety:
- stressful events coming up (like tests)
- social situations
- problems
- trying something new
 
ways to help calm down:
- count to ten
- take deep breaths
- tell someone when you think you're having an attack. they can help you.
- focus on something else besides your problem or worry
- find easy distractions or sing a song.
- get out of that situation. like, if you're at a party, call a parent or friend to pick you up.
- take a break from what you're doing.
- tell someone about the thing you're worry or stressing about. it makes you feel better.

i suppose i was pretty dramatic earlier. yes, all of that was true, but i suppose most of it was misunderstood. probably what i got out of this experience is a lack of trust and knowing that speaking up when it's happening. nothing can get better if you don't at least try to fix it. that's probably what is the most important thing i learned. if you ever need someone to talk to, just pm me. xx

i know i've probably already made a few of these summer style collections. but as i got closer to summer, i realized that i'm not going to wear a whole bunch of flowy chiffon skirts and delicate lace dresses. this one is more of a casual, realistic style.
